To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor who is forced to follow the rules that are set forth by the powers that be. The rules are for everyone to follow, even the people that are in charge of the rules. If it is made that they can change the rules to benefit them only when they are going to lose then we have truly lost our free and fair markets and myself and everyone that I know will be taking out all investments and never do any business with the market again.
