To Whom It May Concern, Is this some kind of a joke!?! This proposed rule change had better NOT be allowed to occur. This email is in regards to the proposed rule change by the occ concerning its process for adjusting certain parameters in its proprietary system for calculating margin requirements during periods when the products it clears and the market it serves experiences high volatility.
