This rule is a big negative for retail investors. We've been having our money stolen from us for years and we're getting very close to the breaking point. The SEC, FINRA and other government rules that are supposed to protect retail investors never do anything, but protect the big guys at the top like the corrupt banks, Citadel, Virtu....etc. If this rule passes in which i hope it doesnt will be another huge negative mark for yall stock security "enforcers".
