Dear SEC, I hope this email finds you well. Upon your request and reviewing the new margin requirement rule giving a new margin requirement request while the market is reviewing illegal shorting on a company and no action has been taken. I will be taking action and making this very clear and aware to the public that it infact not only affects the public but this market is preying on minority groups of color and class. This is asinine and there is no over site and action needs to be Taken such as margin call from all the illegal moves being done to illicit and facilitate in favor of the DTTC and groups in favor of this rule being proposed. I as a retail investor and developer am against this 100%
