To whom it may concern if this rule passes I will put signs up.everwhere to tell people not to invest in the stock market. This is a disgrace to the markets ,this should not pass I'm down 100,000$ on pure corruption .I've had major surgery I'm 55 yrs old and loosing everything I own due to the corruptiin.why is it that the hard working people loose everything while these criminal are billionaires.If alot of stocks were to squeeze could you imagine the money that would flow into the economy.its a absolute disgrace what has expired over the last 3 yrs these banks and hedgefunds made bad bets we beat them without cheating now we're going to get are money stolen.im asking you do the rite thing for the good of are markets.god bless and pray this does not get passed for I will tell everyone to pull there money out of the markets .sincere rich
