Im concerned about and reject the idea of the proposed rule change by the OCC that aims to adjust margin requirements during volatile market periods. Our(me and thousands of others) main issue is with the redactions in the proposal's exhibits, which make it hard for the public to fully understand and comment on the changes. I think that without complete transparency, the proposal should be rejected, especially since it discusses procyclicality and the potential risks it poses to the financial stability of the OCC and its Clearing Members.
