Dear SEC and regulators that say they look out for retail investors, How are they even allowed to propose a rule like this, which completely would ruin the markets and retail investors ever wanting to think about trading in these already crooked Ponzi scheme of markets??? This is a joke of a rule. If this rule is implemented, the middle-class will disappear, and they won’t have anybody steal from any longer. Why do we even have these regulators in place if they’re just gonna be taking money under the table to turn their blonde eye. Oh yeah, and these banks are suing the SEC because they don’t want these endgame regulations to go through because they know they’ve been doing evil crooked things for too long and getting away with it.
