Dear SEC, I am a concerned retail investor. It is essential to carefully evaluate the OCC’s proposed rule change and its potential implications on market stability, fairness, and transparency. Why are 200 pages redacted? By implementing additional safeguards and refinements to the rule, we can strengthen the resilience of the financial system and uphold the integrity of the market for the benefit of all stakeholders.
