Securities and Exchange Commission, I am writing with concerns regarding the recent SE-OCC-2024-01-3499393. This rule change has potential to shield risky financial positions during high market volatility. I could copy and paste a wall of text… the bottoms line is that this rule is unfair to everyone but the OCC.
