Quit changing the rules regarding margin requirements and amounts. You the regulating bodies are responsible for the lack of price discovery. You are supposed to be protecting retail yet are appointed by those abusing the system. You will be seen as responsible for your lack of regulatory oversight and turning a blind eye. Do your jobs, you are on the wrong side ignoring this and one day will be held accountable for your actions. Quit changing the rules for institutions, HF and banks.
