I strongly oppose this rule. I believe that in a healthy market risky bets shouldn't have special protection, and should be allowed to succeed or fail based on current/previous. This proposal will protect bad actors from bad bets. The FRM officer has a conflict of interest. Noone is more important than the stability of our financial markets. I do not believe SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 supports healthy markets, and do not want to see it passed. Jacob Magoulick
