Good evening, My name is Keith Noble, an American household investor, writing to voice my opinion to oppose this rule " SR - OCC - 2024 - 001" that reduce margin requirements. By reducing these requirements you are allowing favor and protection to clearing members while potentially raising risks for the OCC and the broader financial system. This rule creates an unfair marketplace. I would like to see clearer guidelines for idiosyncratic controls, preventing misuse with a structured evaluation framework.
