Dear Securities Exchange Commission, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the proposed rule change noted in the subject line. I completely disagree with the idea of changing the calculations for parameters for margin requirements during periods of high volatility. As a long-term investor and someone that cares deeply about the necessity for fair and free markets, I think this sets a dangerous precedent for manipulating the rules of the game. The proposed rule change is not something that should be allowed if we are going to continue operating in a free and fair market. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and please understand that I would like to invest my money in the market.
