Please discard this rule proposal. It benefits manipulative short sellers and leaves the real investors disparaged and neglected. The government cannot keep taxing people without representing the people. I'm tired of seeing my account red, but I'm not selling. All the prices are a joke. And Hester Pierce needs to step down.
