Dear SEC, While I do understand that one of the many important roles of the SEC is to bring order to our Markets, it is also incumbent on the SEC to ensure that bad actors are. It allowed to manipulate the Markets. Reducing margin requirements during volatility will only help the bad actors continue their control over stock price and thus not allowing fair Market equilibrium to be achieved. Please reconsider this rule change as it only serves a small Minority of the people in the Markets and is actually counterproductive measure that will allow said bad actors to circumvent their responsibilities Thank you.
