To whom it may concern, I am a European household investor (retail investor) and I am writing this email to express my concern regarding the rule presented in the Subject or this email, SR-OCC-2024-001. Among the many other issues and problems that passing such a rule would cause, one of them will definitely be that this rule will simply protect and encourage, to an unacceptable degree, risky institutional investments. Please do not pass this rule. Hold them accountable already! Make the markets fair and open again, no matter the cost! Stop living a lie!
