This rule is another attempt to monopolize our financial markets and create less protection for the small retail investor and give more protection to the larger investors at the expense of smaller! It would behoove you to make rules that protect the markets by flushing big players out when they have positions to large to destroy our markets which this rule opens up more ways for bad actors to destroy our markets! This is insanity even pulling this when other markets are trying to fix markets and YOU keep making rules to subvert and possibly destroy our economy. If they can't play within the rules set forth already, they shouldn't be playing period. Stop protecting your friends and protect America's markets! Thanks-Matt
