To the SEC and whomever it may concern, 


Thank you for allowing us retail investors to comment on this important rule. 


Calculating margin is important. Margin rules towards retail in any sector of finance are applied unconditionally. 


If every normal person gets to play by the rules, then those big firms should do the same. Reducing margin requirements will render those already inconceivably large firms with leverage of more than 100:1 to become even bigger. 


Too big to fail is a problem, and reducing the margin will make it worse. 


It’s obvious these companies are profiting insanely by those practices. However, normal people get to bear the fruit of their mistakes. 


I would like to see clear reporting and respectable margin requirements, that are ENFORCED! 


Stop allowing can-kicking and start enforcing the rules. Margin is important when it is being used or applied - the system has so many loopholes for this it’s insane. 


Please, don’t reduce margin requirements.
