Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the proposed rule change by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). This rule is just a way for large corporations to get away with exposing themselves to risky positions. Ultimately this rule will lead to larger losses and damage long term stability of the entire market. as an engaged investor, I am committed to fostering a financial environment that prioritises fairness, transparency, and the well-being of all market participants.
