I appreciate the opportunity to comment on SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. As a concerned investor, I am vehemently opposed to these changes. If the positions held by any participant put them at risk of needing the proposed protections, the positions entered into are the problem. This is where reform and not a bailout is needed. Administer consequences to those engaging in overly risky behavior. Reducing the already insufficient collateral requirements. Investors have lost an inordinate amount of confidence in the US market and regulations. Marci Hastings
