Good morning, These rules aways seem to favor and be in the interest of banks. Banks should not be allowed to leverage so much risk it has created a history of poor financial management. Being "Margin called" is what this rule is protecting banks from. These margin calls provide a healthy maintenance in market stability. The rule change will determine that we do not believe in risk management. Risky behavior will continue to grow and out Country the United States ?? is being taken advantage of. This makes me both sad and angry we need to collaborate together to implement industry wide standards and best practices. Please don't look at us like fools we are concerned and want transparency.
