Thank you for the opportunity to comment on SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. I as as a concerned investor am opposed to these changes. If the positions held by participants put them at risk to the point of needing protections as proposed then I believe the positions entered into are the problem. I believe this is where attention should be given and not giving participants the encouragement to engage in overly risky and large exposure by reducing the already insufficient collateral requirements.
