August 9, 2022 This reads as a bad joke. Under no circumstance should this rule be passed. Pension funds should never shoulder the burden of wall streets bad bets. These are people's retirements. Why in gods name should the criminals of wallstreet have access this capital when there own bad bets fail. Is there literally no accountability at the sec. Are all regulators captured or complacent. By continuing with these type of proposals you are cementing the general investing publics disdain for your organizations.
