SEC, Please add me to the list of commentators against the proposed expansion of the options clearing corporation as part of its overall liquidity program. The OCC has an obligation to manage the risk taken by trades processed through them. This rule would allow non participants to be harmed by a financial scenario they had no part of. Instead of attempting to spread the contagion to non participants, those who originally benefitted by entering into the agreement, as overseen by the OCC, should feel the brunt of the downside.
