August 3, 2022 Hello, I am an individual retail investor and I do not support this ruling. Upon reading this rule, it sounds like the OCC and its members were not able to properly manage their risk, and want to prevent defaults by accessing unlimited amounts of pension money in order to cover their obligations in favor of selling off their own collaterial. Essentially, they are asking for a bailout from pension funds to cover their own bad bets. I believe that every member should only gamble their own money, NOT play with the money that has been set aside for the pension plans of our hardest working Americans. Do not allow this rule to pass, or the impacts of any bad bets will contaminate our pension system and cause many people to lose hope in the American financial system.
