As an individual investor, I am starkly opposed to the proposed rule change: SR-OCC-2022-803. This proposal is absolutely antithetical to the safe and stable operation of US markets. Under no circumstance is seeking liquidity through pension funds an acceptable practice. Pension funds need to be protected from the OCC and other members. The American people, taxpayers, should not lose their pensions and retirement funds over bad bets made by multimillion dollar corporations.
