August 1, 2022 Im at the point where Ive lost all faith in the financial system in the United States. This is just a rule that is to be implemented to relieve bad exposure to people with pensions. When things go bad, and they are going worse already more than people think this is just a way to get the taxpayer to end up footing the bill of wall streets greedy and nefarious bad bets. The SEC is essentially a complicit organization that fines offenders as a way of conducting criminal business. Stop creating loopholes and start putting people who break the rules rob the American people in fucking jail.
