To whom it may concern. I, as a retail investor, am wholly against the OCC being able to use pension funds to help cover a counterparty inability to pay for margins costs. This directly affects peoples' retirement, and who have nothing to do with the decisions which resulted in failed margin costs in the first place. Do not allow the OCC to do this, as it conflicts with the SEC mission to protect retail consumers and retirees.
