August 1, 2022 This proposed rule is extremely risky and should not be approved in its current state. This rule puts pensions at great risk. Imagine saving for your whole life, working hard, and finding that your pension is vaporized because of poor financial management practices that are out of your control. Clearing Members need to fix their risky practices before they go searching for more American taxpayer funded bailouts and doing irrevocable harm to millions of American families. Pension Funds are not Clearing Members for a reason - to protect pensions. DO NOT ENABLE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE PROPOSED RULE.
