August 10, 2022 I oppose, and recommend the SEC reject, the SR-OCC-2022-802, Notice of Filing of Advance Notice Related to a Master Repurchase Agreement as Part of The Options Clearing Corporations Overall Liquidity Plan. I fail to see this proposal as anything other than a way to big money to avoid being in default and to, as usual, make others responsible for their failure. If anything the OCC should be looking to increase the margin requirements for its existing participants and using their assets for collateral. There needs to be transparency and accountability in the markets Not more ways to sweep things under the rug, kick the can, and make others responsible for their bad bets. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration and once again I strongly urge the SEC to reject this proposal.
