August 10, 2022 The SEC must not allow the OCC to enact this rule. The OCC is requesting permission to use funds not under their control in the event one of their members default. This is not a fair and free market if this rule is approved. The OCC and its members must bear the responsibility of their own actions and not shift that risk to unrelated third parties. Please do not approve this change.
