 As stated before, believe that institutional investors need to take account of their own actions. They have played with tax payers money enough as it is.

I am opposing of the rule SR-OCC-2022-802 as I believe it defends big players to gamble with money and investments of the working class. There should be defaults in an event that a clearing member failed to pay it's investors. Don't remove or change the definition only to have clearing members to fall limitlessly into debt that they have no intention of paying. I'm asking the SEC to do the right thing and deny this rule from being approved.
