August 9, 2022 This rule stands to protect the select few, while disallowing free and fair price discovery for the general populous. I dont believe that the rule would have a positive effect on retail investors and their financial interests. Allowing passage of this rule would cause us to stray even further from the free and fair market we are led to believe we have.
