August 9, 2022 Dear SEC and whoever may be reading this, Too big to fail should not be a thing, writing blank cheques for those who have made mistakes in business should not be a thing. Doing this and having taxpayers and others who did not make these poor decisions responsible should most certainly not be a thing. Please make the correct choice, the human choice, choose people over profits and say no to this proposal. Regards, Doug
