August 9, 2022 As a retail investor I strongly oppose this proposed rule. In no circumstance should anyone but the occ and its members shoulder the burden of its bad bets. As claimed, the OCC has ample risk management policies in place that it and its members strongly adhear to. If that is the case there should be no need for accessing additional liquidity from any where but the OCC and its members.
