August 9, 2022 This rule should not be passed. Please, members of the SEC, do your job and protect retail investors and do not let this pass. There is no reason that OCC should need liquidity within 60 minutes of requesting funds. If an OCC member defaults, that is their problem. They made the bad bet. They should suffer. DO NOT LET WALLSTREET OWN YOU. LET THEM FAIL.
