August 3, 2022 This seems to be a fairly obvious attempt to socialize the losses from bad actors losing big in the derivatives market casino. Finding more bag holders is not the answer We need real oversight so that we can margin call companies making poor investments earlier instead of waiting until its a cataclysmic event requiring tax payer bail outs. Putting mom and pop pension funds on the hook is a travesty and should be summarily rejected. I am against this proposal.
