To whomever it may concern, I am highly against the rule in the subject. Not only does it not benefit retail in the slightest, it further obscures the market, which inhibits true price discovery. The fact that it is not possible to directly comment about the rule on the SEC website, outside of sending an e-mail as this one does not inspire confidence. With regards, EU retail investor
