how is it possible to submit a rule and redact the information of the rule itself? what is the point in pretending that any of this has an impact that will be beneficial to the common investors?
self regulated organizations are the opposite of what it means to have fair, open and free markets. this illusion of order and transparency is just one more layer of obfuscation that creates a labyrinth to navigate for truth. if someone is willing to lie for their own survival there is no better example than those in a position of absolute power, running the very organization meant to regulate as well.
this revolving door of bureaucracy between rules made by self regulated organizations and those meant to observe and report on the rule breakers is ironic to say the least.
this rule change literally means nothing if you can't enforce it, and if enforcement is some negligible monetary amount then it's only being used as a deterrent by those who can't afford it. it's not to anyones surprise then when you learn that these monetary fines are simply a part of 'regular business' and won't affect the actual continuity of the operation.
the federal reserve and it's 23 direct market makers are fraudulently manipulating the markets in coordination with entities like the nasdaq to pilfer and loot at every opportunity. in the end it will AGAIN be the normal people that were supposed to be protected that will pick up the bill.
