We need to lower the amount of leverage in the system, not give over leveraged entities more leeway.

Tougher rules are necessary, not loosen the ones that are in place.

If the SEC really want to protect investors they need to enhance and enforce the rules, look the other way when risky bets turn sour and lessen the rules.

Regulations ought to be specifically targeting the market participants with the most access to information and technology.

The only way to have fair and orderly markets is to level the playing field.
