I am unable to obtain access to the retail liquidity program though any broker I have come across as an indiviudal retail trader. I have requested formally and specifically at Lightspeed Brokerage and at Lime Brokerage and have not been able to participant in this program. I would like to participate in this program as a retail trader and meaningfully specify quotations and match bids and offers. Please help.
