Regarding the Self-Regulatory Organizations; Proposed Rule Changes: NYSE MKT LLC’ posting of market data fee schedule. I must commend such a proposal as it operates in the spirit of fairness and transparency. Such posting of the fee schedule provides the investor(s) and/traders with knowledge especially critical for large trades. In my opinion, this acts in the best interest of the consumer
