Dear SEC I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think the asset has become large enough that it should be available through a spot ETF and not just through a futures ETF. I live in Oklahoma, and feel there is broad support for this here.
