Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been investing since the start of my career, 2008, as a mechanical engineer. I reside in Arizona. I believe a Spot ETF would be very beneficial long term for my retirement. Bitcoin is digital gold, a store of value, and people should have the ability to acquire Bitcoin through a Spot ETF. This is the right thing to do as a futures Bitcoin can be acquired which is not the same as a Spot ETF. Sincerely, Duvier Navarro
