Dear SEC, My name is Lou Dellarosa from Larkspur, California and I’m writing to request that you please approve Form 19b-4 which allows the conversion of GBTC to a spot Bitcoin ETF. This would provide exposure to Bitcoin for retail investors who want physically-backed Bitcoin as apposed to a Bitcoin futures ETF. A spot Bitcoin ETF would also make it more convenient for investors who may not be inclined to self-custody their Bitcoin.
