To Whom It May Concern: Regarding File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90, I strongly encourage you to approve the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. The enormous discount to net asset value of this product does not serve investors well. A conversion would narrow the discount and provide a much better solution for investors.
