To the SEC, I am writing to urge you to approve the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. I am a retired Federal employee and an individual investor residing in Minnesota. I have owned GBTC for more than two years. Converting GBTC to a spot ETF would most likely lower my fees, and more importantly, allow a more conventional / familiar way for people to invest in Bitcoin.
