Dear SEC, I am a physician in my 60s. I work on Iowa and I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) – the world’s largest publicly traded BTC fund. This year, GBTC has traded at an approximately 25% discount to its NAV. This has locked my assets. This is not fair. I would NEVER buy a futures. BTC ETF as roll costs are too high. I am a long term investor and I want to invest in BTC. I have no opinion about the rest of Crypto but please approve the BTC spot ETF. Sincerely, Asif J Ahmed, MD
