Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of Atlanta, Georgia I know a great deal about Blockchain technology and believe it will help transform the future. Just like the Internet, this will enrich all of our lives and transform the way that we all do business. More importantly this is a wonderful opportunity to allow people to make their own smart contracts without having to rely on lawyers, bankers and real estate agents. Lastly, block chain technology keeps an accurate and indelible record of transactions. As members of a free country we should be able to invest in Financial vehicles such as the bitcoin ETF. If you attempt to regulate crypto you will disenfranchise form more people than you could ever unite. As a voter Who has served on multiple local and national campaigns, I implore you to do the right thing and allow this new technology to bring forth a new era for the United States. The rest of the world will have this technology and to deprive us would be not only un-American but prevent us freedoms that are expressly given to us by the nature of our constitution.
