Dear SEC, I am investment advisor and I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. As you know well, several countries including neighbour country Canada approved Spot Bitcoin ETF and they have no had problem up to now. As a investment specialist, I know well Bitcoin Spot ETF is much more safe than Future Bitcoin EFT. I hope you to accept Grayscale’s request asap. Sincerely, Ted Kim
